CELTA FOOD COMPANY obtains its premium quality olive oil through a process that begins at the trees themselves and ends at the packing stage. This process is a combination of soil, climate, variety, and cultivation and harvesting techniques, entrusting the remaining operations that make up the extraction process (transportation, storage, production and preserving of the oil) with the mission of ensuring the qualitative characteristics of the oil contained within the olive, to be sold on both national and international markets, remains unchanged.
