Our company produces a wide-range of Olive Oil products in its different types and varieties as well as Manzanilla olives.

The different types of Olive Oil we produce under the brand name “Carmela” include the following, among others:

 

√ Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
√ Virgin Olive Oil
√ Refined Olive Oil with 0.4º and 1º Acidity

Said products are marketed in ¼ Litre, ½ Litre, ¾ Litre and 1 Litre Glass, Tin, and PET Plastic containers. 5 litre containers are also available.

We also produce table olives stuffed with anchovies and other ingredients under our brand name “Carmela”. 

 

 

 

DECALOGUE OF OLIVE OIL

  1. It is the only natural olive oil that is obtained using exclusively mechanical processes.
  2. It contains more vitamins, E, A and D, than any other oil.
  3. It is the healthiest, most wholesome and most easily-digested oil.
  4. As it is natural, it is a nutritional, non-fattening product
  5. As it can be reused more times, it works out cheaper.
  6. It gives the best taste to sauces, salads and casseroles.
  7. As it can reach temperatures of over 180º C, it is better at frying food.
  8. As it contains oleic acid, raw olive oil benefits bone growth and brain and nervous system development.
  9. It does not produce cholesterol and is wonderful for circulatory and cardiovascular diseases.
  10. It is important for the skin, due to its Vitamin E content.
